How do I check if in stock, and if ordered tracking information?

After your order has been placed with "Group N Garage", you will be emailed an order confirmation. This confirmation email will have a link to show you the tracking number and additionally shipping company tracking number. 

We contact customers usually after every order has been placed just to give you the most accurate ETA. If in the case an item you ordered is backordered, you will receive an e-mail or call and we can proceed with the order and provide you an ETA or cancel it outright with no penalty if not interested to wait.

Because your card is charged the moment you place the order, it is sometimes best to contact us before placing the order so we can verify stock and ETA. If you are looking to order an item that is backordered or will take some time, don't hesitate to contact before placing the order to offer you ETA of back in stock.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns:
Returns are accepted 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition with package unopened (Sealed never open). Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30% and you are responsible for return shipment to our facility. After 30 days we can not accept refunds or exchanges.

Special Order Items:

There are no cancellations or refunds on special order item(s) that have been submitted and processed by the manufacture to produce the product(s). We will contact you if the item(s) is a special order part if you want to proceed or cancel the order.

Orders that are being placed on a deposit-basis are subject to the same penalties as a special order item. This means that there are no cancellations of items ordered using this method once the order has been processed. In the event that you do not pay the remainder of your balance after 90 days from the date "MM" receives the item(s), we shall reserve the right to retain your deposit.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Sorry we do not.
International shipping rates are not always correct through the website. 

 

HOW DOES "Group N" SHIP THEIR ITEMS?
We work with  major shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and more. Depending on size and weight the box is we select the best option for your shipment to arrive to your door. If you do not want us to use a specific postal carrier for your order, you can contact us and let us know but you are subject to any additional fees or postal charges that may occur.



Estimated delivery times are listed on each unique item but most items usually follow this structure:

- 1-3 business days for order processing

- 1-7 days transit time after item is shipped, exceptions may apply during the major holidays.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES "GG" ACCEPT?

Being a sole business in USA.  Group N Garage accepts major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card purchases are verified using your billing address for your protection. If would like us to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, please call your credit card company to add additional shipping addresses to your account. Your credit card will be charged only after your order is shipped.

PayPal
"GG" also accepts PayPal. If you are using PayPal as the method of payment, your PayPal account MUST be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Affirm
We have partnered with Affirm to give you a simple way to make your purchase with no hidden fees. Provide some basic information and get a real-time credit decision to split your purchase into monthly payments. Rates from 10% to 30% APR with loans of 3, 6, or 12 month terms.

International Orders: (Outside of U.S.)
Sorry we do not accept orders outside USA.

 

Does "GG" price match other companies?

Yes, we will price match other website price listing. The advertised price must be from an authorized dealer, the competitor having the item in stock and recent website pricing. Not a price / screen shot from 2 months ago. If the competitor’s discounted price is out of date and based off incorrect MSRP, we will not match the price as the competitor is most likely unaware of the mistake and unable to fulfill the order at their price.

To request a price match, please e-mail us the link to the page where the advertisement is found along with your shipping address. If we can verify that the price is correct, we will beat or match the price.

Price matching does NOT apply to amazon, ebay, FB post, Mecari, used parts or auction listings. Competitor’s store must be located and operate within United States and must display a legitimate company address on their website.Item(s) cannot be price matched after an order has been placed and the cancellation period for that relative item has expired.
